Bless You All
"With our love and eternal gratitude to you all. For all you did for mum and the extra care and love you gave her during her last weeks which enabled her to stay at Tweed View. Would you share the enclosed equally among all 36 of the staff, perhaps for a meal for two (& drink her health, she'd like that) or something else to remember her by. Bless you all Sue & Family"

Thanks and Appreciation
"We would like to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks and appreciation to everyone at Tweed View for the love and care given to Charlotte during her 8 years in residence. The carers are indeed angels in disguise. When Charlotte came to the end of her life that love and care  was not only shown to her but extended to the family who despite coming and going at all times of the day and night were warmly welcomed and supplied with endless tea & biscuits - always very much appreciated. Charlotte will be greatly missed by all. Her life revolved around her family, but that family also extended to you all at Tweed View. We will be eternally grateful for your 8 years of caring C. M."
"Enclosed is a cheque for all the staff, made out to the Residents Committee. I hope that is all right? Please use it for whatever you want. We did appreciate all the care and kindness you showed Jean in her last years. Yours sincerely E & R"
A Line To Thank You All At Tweed View
"A line to thank you all at Tweed View for your care and affection for my father Tommy L...... whilst he lived with you. We will all miss the reassuring and calm atmosphere  that exists at Tweed View. The staff are always friendly to visitors and residents, even in difficult circumstances, there is always a positive, humerous or reassuring response. Professionalism is standard. During the last week of my father's life we, Belle and myself were at Tweed View most of the time. We were so impressed with the care that my father got from your staff. Nothing was too much trouble for him or for us. The doctor was called if there was any uncertainty, and nurses visited regularly if we had concerns, they were called back. It was such a privilege to spend the time with my dad and it was Tweed View that made it possible. My family and I were very touched by the affection dad got from the staff at Tweed View and also to many who came to his funeral. My father's illness was very difficult for him, and for us to manage. It was such a relief when he arrived at Tweed View to find people who could understand his condition and deal with problems like those. A final thank you from my dad, Tommy L...... and from us all. With sincere thanks Christine J......... and family"
All the Staff at Tweed View
"We can't express our thanks enough for the exceptional care you gave to our mum, mother in law, granny and great granny over the past three years. Its always so hard letting someone else care for your loved ones when you would have hoped to be able to care for them yourselves, but you always made us feel like she was a part of your big family. We really appreciate the care you gave to 'Renie' especially in her last days and we will never forget you offered us as her family. Thanks so much Love D + K + M + F + M + O + I + N + Snoop"
I Cannot Praise This Home Enough
"We so appreciate every bit of feedback we receive from our residents at Tweed View Care Home in Berwick, and their relatives - it's great for our team to be reassured in such positive terms that they're doing such a great job, and that most importantly for our elderly residents their day to day lives are happy and content, they are 'treated with dignity' and the overall standard of care here is excellent. We've recently received independent endorsement of our service on the Carehome website, with residents' families grading us as 'Good' or 'Excellent' in every category (it has to be said, mostly 'Excellent'!).  Here's what one family member said: "I cannot praise this home enough... My mother has been here for 15 months and without them I couldn't manage. My mother has the best care in the world - the staff and management are second to none and care for each and every resident with dignity and treat each one as an individual. They always have time to sit and chat. The home has regular entertainment and actively encourages family and friends to attend. I always feel welcome and never a nuisance no matter what time of the day/night I go." Thank you - that means the world. P."

To Those Caring For My Father
"I just wanted top thank you all for the wonderful care that you give my father. I came in to see my dad last week with my brother Mark. It was so lovely to see him so at peace. I realise that I was only with him for a few moments and don't see him at other times. Despite this it is obvious that he is contented and well cared for. Many thanks Lucy B."
"My auntie has been a resident of Tweed View since March 2014. I would like to say how impressed I am with Tweed View and the excellent care she has received and is receiving from all the very sincere and dedicated staff that work there. Thank you Yours sincerely C.P.  "
Dear Tweed View Staff
"On behalf of my family, I would like to thank everyone in Tweed View for the care and wonderful support you gave my father over the past four years. I would also like to thank those who attended his funeral, also for the lovely bouquet of flowers and sympathy cards you sent us. Please find a cheque enclosed which I would like to go into your entertainment fund for the residents. In conclusion I have said to quite a few care workers over the years that I'd wished that you had all known dad when he was fit and well. Yours sincerely K. B."

"Dear All A short note to thank both the downstairs and the middle floor for the tokens that you presented me with on Sunday afternoon. It was most unexpected but much appreciated and I can assure you that they will be used to get something that will remind me of my seven years association with you all. I have thoroughly enjoyed coming in and conducting the services and getting to know both the staff and residents. It is so good to find staff who obviously care about those they are looking after."
