I cannot praise this home enough ...

We so appreciate every bit of feedback we receive from our residents at Tweed View Care Home in Berwick, and their relatives - it's great for our team to be reassured in such positive terms that they're doing such a great job, and that most importantly for our elderly residents their day to day lives are happy and content, they are 'treated with dignity' and the overall standard of care here is excellent.

We've recently received independent endorsement of our service on the Carehome website, with residents' families grading us as 'Good' or 'Excellent' in every category (it has to be said, mostly 'Excellent'!).  Here's what one family member said:

"I cannot praise this home enough... My mother has been here for 15 months and without them I couldn't manage.

My mother has the best care in the world - the staff and management are second to none and care for each and every resident with dignity and treat each one as an individual. They always have time to sit and chat. The home has regular entertainment and actively encourages family and friends to attend.

I always feel welcome and never a nuisance no matter what time of the day/night I go."
