A different perspective of Tweed View Care Home Berwick

We know how hard it is for people to make a decision about whether to choose a care home, for themselves or their relatives, and as importantly, which care home to choose.  Here at Tweed View Care Home Berwick we're trying to make that process easier.  To us, what matters is that the place you choose is safe and happy and the only way that can happen is if the management and staff team have the right attitude, and prove themselves to really care about the job.

So we set off on a new project to give you a different perspective of Tweed View Care Home Berwick than you can get through looking at a website, or even calling in for a visit.  We arranged for honest, open interviews with seven members of our management and staff team, and have compiled what they've said into three recordings of between 4 and 5 minutes.  

You can hear our Manager of Care, Shirley McCann, talking about why she joined Tweed View Care Home many years ago, and why she's pleased she made that decision.  Shirley also talks about her thoughts on what makes this place a safe and happy place, and gives advice to people thinking about a care home in Berwick - why Tweed View Care Home could be a good choice

Next you can listen to seven members of our management and staff team talking about themselves, why they love their jobs, and a little about their own experiences here at Tweed View Care Home including what it was like having their own relatives as residents here.  In a final recording they also explain why they believe this is a safe and happy place for people to be, as well as explaining a little about how we care for residents who are experiencing dementia, something we have developed significant experience and expertise doing over many years.
